Township Line Pizza, 4302 Township Line Rd (Rt 1 at Drexel Ave), www.townshiplinepizza.com
1 small plain cheese and 1 small pepperoni: $13.14
Crust: Soft yet firm, not overcooked. There were some inconsistencies with thickness but overall it was very good. I’ve never been one for eating the whole “crust handle” but with this I was willing to eat the whole thing. Pie/crust ratio was juuuuuust right.
Sauce: This was sort of bland without a lot of spices; it didn’t “bite” the tongue. There wasn’t a whole lot of it on the pizza either, which I think is good (too much sauce is bad), but too little and you get a white pizza. There could have been more.
Cheese: The cheese was just right, not over or undercooked.
Pepperoni: These were also kind of bland, and not very spicy at all.
Overall, this was a definite improvement over last week’s pizza, and we’ll probably be keeping the menu. :)
